Your TV licence
Scope
You may create a TVBID instance on your verified domain using AVSOF’s interface and APIs for your advertising space. Guided setup does not authorize copying secrets, accounts or other TVs’ data. Activation requires domain ownership, payment recipient and fiscal profile verification.
AVSOF royalty
AVSOF receives 10% of broadcast receipts after recorded refunds, before payment fees and taxes. Fees, taxes and the recipient’s obligations are separate. Reporting must allow payments and refunds to be reconciled. No earnings or tax exemption are promised.
Required attribution
Keep a visible “Made with TVBID · AVSOF” reference and a link to https://avsof.com on your homepage and in your site’s terms. Do not remove, hide or alter the attribution or claim to be AVSOF.
Operator responsibilities
The clone operator is responsible for its legal identity, content, customers, fiscal obligations and privacy compliance. AVSOF must be identified according to its actual technical service role; processing roles and providers are defined during onboarding. Payments remain disabled until verification.
Domains and termination
Use a domain you control. Each tenant is isolated. Documented violations may lead to a reasoned licence suspension, subject to urgent action required by law or security. Termination does not remove accounting duties, refunds or accrued royalties. Version 2026-10-09.1.
